A short side trail that branches off the Rockbound Lake Trail at the 300 m mark and ends on an open hillside at the base of a waterfall that cascades over a series of narrow ledges.
It's short, but not a sidewalk: there are narrow sections and lots of roots and rocks, so wear proper shoes.
Park at the Rockbound Lake parking area on the Bow Valley Parkway, just east of Castle Junction (about 32 km northwest of Banff). Check today's alerts before you drive: parts of the Bow Valley Parkway have seasonal vehicle restrictions.

Summer and early fall, when the trail is snow-free.
The Bow Valley Parkway is important habitat for bears, wolves and elk. Carry bear spray and make noise on the trail. If you see wildlife from your car, don't stop in the middle of the road.
