About this place
At the base of the Wilcox Pass trail, which it shares its name with, and a short drive from the Columbia Icefield. It's rustic, with basic amenities and cold mountain nights. Best for RVs under 27 feet.
2026 season: June 10 to September 28. The national park pass (CAD 12.25 per adult per day in 2026) and the fire permit (CAD 13.75 per day) are extra, according to Parks Canada. The site fee depends on whether it has a fire pit.
