About this place
On the Athabasca River, with private tent sites and power sites for most sizes of RVs. Because of the 2024 wildfire it runs at reduced capacity. In summer (May 13 to October 28, 2026) it's reservable; in winter (October 28, 2026 to May 2027) 40 power sites open first come, first served.
Open year-round. The national park pass (CAD 12.25 per adult per day in 2026) and the fire permit (CAD 13.75 per day) are extra, according to Parks Canada. The site fee depends on whether it has a fire pit.
