Where
Viña Santa Rita is in Alto Jahuel, Buin, south of Santiago. Inside the estate is the Museo Andino, with collections from the peoples who live or have lived in what is now Chile.
Tours (price per person, book at least 24 hours ahead):
• Classic Tour: CLP 31,000, about 1 hour; variety garden, vineyards, winemaking, tasting and a visit to the Museo Andino. Departures 10:00, 10:30, 11:00 am, 2:30, 3:15 and 4:15 pm.
• Premium Tour: CLP 55,000, about 1 h 30; century-old park, Roman baths, chapel, tasting and Museo Andino. Departures 9:45, 11:30 am, 2:15 and 4:00 pm.
Tours run in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Museo Andino: Tuesday to Sunday, 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. Free admission, no booking needed.
