Pyramid Lake

About this place
Pyramid Lake and Patricia Lake sit north of town, below Pyramid Mountain, and according to Parks Canada they are popular summer spots for boating, swimming and picnics. A bridge leads to Pyramid Island, which has a picnic area.
From town you can walk there on the Pyramid Trail, which passes Patricia Lake and climbs steadily to the lake; there is a similar winter route. Electric-motor boats and scuba diving are allowed on the lake; gas motors are never allowed.
