About this place
It occupies the Royal Court Palace, an early-19th-century building on the north side of Plaza de Armas. Its galleries tell Chile's story from colonial times to the 20th century through objects, clothing, furniture and documents.
A good complement to a walk through the historic center: it's right on Plaza de Armas.
