Two campgrounds by the Columbia Icefield. Icefield Tent (June 10 to October 12) is tents only, with glacier views from most sites and log cookhouses. Icefield Centre RV (May 13 to October 12) is for trailers and RVs only, with no water or fires.
2026 season: May 13 to October 12. The national park pass (CAD 12.25 per adult per day in 2026) and the fire permit (CAD 13.75 per day) are extra, according to Parks Canada. The site fee depends on whether it has a fire pit.
