About this place
Located in the heart of the Bow Valley, artsPlace is Canmore’s community hub for arts and culture. This accessible, inclusive space brings residents and visitors together to explore, learn, and connect through creativity.
artsPlace offers hands-on workshops and classes in ceramics, visual arts, painting, and printmaking for all ages. It also hosts live music, dance performances, comedy nights, theatre productions, and screenings of independent films and films centred on mountain culture. The building is home to The Hub Gallery, a free gallery that showcases and supports local and emerging artists from Alberta.
